Good news!
We have secured new logistics channels that allow us to ship at lower costs to most EU destinations, as well as to send larger parcels. With this improvement, we are pleased to announce that we can now offer free shipping options to most EU countries.
In addition, our new establishment in Europe enables us to deduct VAT on purchases. This means we can include VAT in our product prices, effectively lowering the overall cost for our EU customers.
Thanks to the optimization of our overall logistics operations, we are also able to extend free shipping options to customers in the U.S. and select international destinations.
Free Shipping Option
We're now offering free shipping options for U.S. (once again) and 20 other destinations.
Customers from eligible destinations with existing unfulfilled pre-orders totaling over $149 will automatically receive a refund for any shipping charges paid.
U.S. Orders
Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $149 (before tax). This offer however, does not apply to products that are only available for shipping from outside the U.S. (for example, our new pillow insert filled in China)
U.S. customers with existing pre-orders of the Daki Pillow Insert will automatically receive a refund of:
- The paid shipping charge minus $15, if the order contains only the pillow insert; or
- The full shipping charge, if the order total (excluding shipping) exceeds $149.

Free shipping is available to the following countries on orders over $149, provided that the “shipping-from-China” option is selected at checkout:

Customers in the following countries may now also enjoy the free shipping option for order over $149, provided that the “shipping-from-China” option is selected at checkout:

- Singapore (Except Remote Areas)

VAT Benefits
Orders to the EU are still subject to VAT, but the tax is now included in the product price. EU customers will see the included tax amount at checkout and will receive a VAT invoice after completing their purchase.
Due to limitations of our storefront system, orders over €150 may not display the tax amount at checkout. This is because the system automatically treats such orders as single parcels over €150, which are not eligible for IOSS. However, your order will still be shipped under the IOSS scheme, and you may contact us for a VAT invoice if needed.

As we are now able to ship large parcels to more destinations at lower prices, we’re excited to offer the newer edition of the Daki Pillow Insert—which was previously available only in the U.S. and Canada—to customers in all locations where large parcel shipping is available.
