The following notice applies to pre-orders for the Amicus Plush purchased in July-August 2023.
Hey everyone,
We've got a couple of updates for the unfulfilled orders containing the Amicus Plush, and we'll be addressing the current status for international orders as well as any remaining domestic orders not yet sent out.
Having sent out the vast majority of domestic orders over the past week, there is unfortunately a handful of packages not yet sent due technical issues with shipping labels. We're working on getting those sent out by the end of next week.
As for international orders, we've run into a small obstacle as we're in the process of negotiating with the couriers to allow for us to continue shipping with them after having moved to our new warehouse. We expect that there will be some more days before we can get these orders out, but we also want to remind some of you that we had previously sent out an email to select customers in certain regions on October 2 that included instructions on getting their order sent from China. We recommend checking your inbox (and spam folder!) to potentially expedite your shipment.
