Submit a Ticket

The best way to get in touch with us is to submit a ticket through our Pawprint Press Account Portal. Tickets submitted through the portal are processed at priority, and we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as we can!

Email

You can also write to us at contact@pawprint.press. Please note that email inquiries are handled at a lower priority than portal tickets, and messages may occasionally get filtered out by our ticket system. If you haven’t heard back from us in a while, we recommend submitting a ticket through the account portal instead.

Discord

Click here to join our Discord server! On Discord you will find Pawel, our mascot serving as a Discord Bot. Please note that Pawel does not currently carry a support system function, so for any questions or concerns, please reach out through the account portal or email.

You may also find our team members on Discord, but keep in mind that we're not allowed to answer any order-specific questions on Discord. However, we're happy to listen to your feedback or join in on the conversation!
