If you are located in a "remote area", you may receive your shipping confirmation later than others. We appreciate your patience, and we are working diligently to ensure your order is shipped out as soon as possible.
In the meantime, if you purchased a Samuel or Spencer plush before April 15, 2023 but have not yet claimed or purchased a Leather Suspenders V2, we recommend reading this article and contacting us if you require a replacement.
