The following notice applies to pre-orders for the Axel Plush purchased in September 2023.
Dear Customer,
As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we recently encountered a challenge in sourcing the perfect material for Axel's distinctive jacket. Our dedication to the highest quality standards led us to conduct an extensive search for the ideal faux leather. This meticulous process, while necessary, has unfortunately resulted in a delay in the production of the Axel Plush. To explain further, we have posted an article on our backstage blog, and you're welcome to have a read.
We understand that any delay can be disappointing, and we want to express our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We have already resumed production, and we aim to have the orders shipped by April.
We also wish to remind you of our policies during such instances:
- Pawprint Press has a tradition of offering a full refund on all pre-orders, regardless of the delay. Should you decide that you no longer wish to wait for the Axel Plush, we completely understand and are here to support your decision.
- For those who may wish to cancel their pre-order, you can easily do so by clicking the “View Order” button from either your order confirmation email or your account dashboard. You will then find a "Cancel Order" button located on the order detail page. Your money will be automatically refunded to your original channel of payment.
- If you find difficulty in canceling your order, please feel free to contact us, and we’re here to help.
