Temporary Suspension of Sales and Shipping to the EU and EEA

· 3 min read

Dear customers,

We have temporarily suspended sales and shipping to the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA). Effective November 1, 2026, our store no longer accepts orders shipping to these destinations. This suspension will remain in place until further notice.

The EU’s new policies on small parcels imported from outside the EU are causing significant disruption to our usual shipping channels. Some couriers are suspending their routes, while others are introducing new requirements that we cannot currently meet. As a result, we have to pause new orders while we work to establish a viable way to fulfil them.

For customers with existing orders shipping to the EU or EEA:

  • Regular orders that have not yet been fulfilled: We will contact you individually to discuss your order. If we have to cancel it, we will issue a full refund and provide a store voucher as additional compensation.
  • Pre-orders: Please check the Pre-Order Bulletin and the email inbox associated with your order. Updates explaining the plan for affected pre-orders have either already been posted or will follow shortly.

We anticipated this change and have been working on establishing fulfilment in Europe since early this year, alongside our plans to set up a production facility in Portugal. The plan is to ship future EU and EEA orders from Poland.

Unfortunately, progress has been very slow. While we have established fulfilment capability in Łódź, we are still waiting for our Polish tax registration to be completed. Until that happens, we cannot begin fulfilling orders from Poland. We thought this would be completed before the changes disrupted our existing shipping channels. That has not happened, and we are sorry that, despite starting preparations early, we have still left our customers facing an interruption in service.

We do not yet have a confirmed reopening date. We have repeatedly been told there are “two or three more weeks” to wait. We know this sounds familiar: it is also something we have too often told you about our own schedules. We feel ashamed of how often those estimates have turned into further delays, so we completely understand how frustrating this can be.

We believe this tax registration is the last remaining obstacle to providing local fulfilment for our European customers.

However, because this change also means that an EU entity will become the seller of all future EU/EEA orders, we will not be able to direct parcels from outside EU/EEA to our EU/EEA customers due to the complexity in regulation we cannot handle.

Therefore, the available product range will be limited as we gradually reopen. Existing pre-orders will not be affected, only subject to the tax registration progress described above.

Please once again accept our apology. We will share the news with you once there's a viable update.
