Axel Plush Fulfilment Update - March 2025

Hello everyone,

Previously, we announced that the Axel Plush would begin fulfilment in the final week of February. Unfortunately, Axel’s denim pants are being delivered later than quoted by the supplier and we need another 1-2 weeks to begin shipping orders.

Pending the above, other aspects of the Axel Plush are ready to ship.

Here’s our current plan:

• Upon receiving the pants and performing quality checks, we will begin fulfilling international orders from China.
• Due to the logistics hurdles added by Trump’s additional tariffs and new policies on small parcel mail, shipment of the pants to the US will take an additional week. US orders will ship after the pants arrive at our US warehouse.

The last day to update Axel Plush order addresses was February 20th, 2025. As this date has passed, we can no longer accommodate address changes or cancellation via our customer support.

• Orders can be cancelled any time before fulfilment through your account at store.pawprint.press, or from the “view order” button in your order confirmation email.

We apologise for the additional wait and any inconvenience caused. This delay is particularly frustrating as this particular supplier broke their contract and was the key cause of this delay. We endeavour to get orders out as soon as possible.
