The following notice applies to pre-orders for the Amicus Kigurumi purchased in 2023.
Firstly, we'd like to apologize for the delays on the Amicus Kigurumi. Between the modifications to the product and delays on lead times, the estimated ship date has been extended a few times already. We really appreciate everyone's patience with us, and we've got a production update for you as well a more concrete shipping date for you all.
We're glad to announce that we've reached the final stages of production , and all adjustments and improvements that were outlined in our previous update have been successfully implemented. In order to facilitate a better shipping experience for everyone, we'll be freighting the completed batch to our distribution center in California. Once that's completed, we'll start the process of fulfilling your orders and sending your Kigus to their new homes. With all this in mind, we expect to have orders begin shipping out in late October.
We realize that while many of you have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of your Kigus, we've released a number of products during this time. As compensation for the delays, we're offering a one-time opportunity for free shipping on presale items ordered after the Amicus Kigurumi. This includes any pre-order placed for latest batch of the Amicus Plush or the newly-released Axel Plush in addition to any future presale items yet to be released. If you'd like to claim this offer, please send an email to our support line with your request. If you already have a qualifying pre-order placed with us, please send us your order numbers. We'll check if your order qualifies and take care of the rest for you!
We'd also like to remind you that once you've received your Amicus Kigu, if you find that it doesn't meet your expectations in terms of fit or comfort, we'd be more than happy to offer a full refund or an exchange for a different size.
