The following notice pertains to Spencer Plush and Samuel Plush orders sold between November 2022 and May 2023.
We recently discovered a quality issue in a batch of leather suspenders produced in October 2022, which affected some Spencer Plush and Samuel Plush orders placed after November 2022. We are offering free replacements for affected customers and will be updating the design of the leather suspenders for future orders.
If you received your Spencer or Samuel between November 2022 and May 2023, we strongly recommend checking our customer notice page to determine if your order is affected.
If you placed a pre-order for Samuel Plush in January 2023 and your order was not delivered by April 15th, 2023, it is likely not affected by this issue. The suspenders you receive will be slightly different from the original design and closer to the updated design. Please refer to the Samuel Pre-Orders section of the customer notice page for more details.
All future orders will include the updated design of the leather suspenders. You may preview the design on our design improvement page. Anyone who purchased a Spencer or Samuel Plush before May 2023 may purchase a new pair of updated design suspenders for $5 plus shipping charges. Please click here to purchase the new suspenders.
We apologize for not identifying the defect earlier, as we did not receive a report until we launched our Discord server and found some friends discussing their leather suspenders in the channel. It appears that most customers did not realize it was a quality issue. While we are grateful to our customers for their tolerance, we want to emphasize that we encourage customers to report any issues they find with our products immediately so we can improve our quality control.
Once again, we thank everyone who pointed out the quality issue and provided valuable suggestions for the new design.
