The following is relevant to customers who pre-ordered the Burrows Pin & Card Set.
We're happy to announce that we have finalized the box design and have put the production of the Burrows Pin & Card Set into motion. We want to share the box design with you in this update, and we expect to ship all the pre-orders in April.
We apologize for missing the expected shipping date of March 2023, as the box prototyping experienced several obstacles. We hope you will understand that the box design is a crucial part of this product, and we wanted to make sure it was perfect before we began production. We appreciate the firm support from all customers who pre-ordered this product, and we are confident that the final product will be worth the wait.
We are also sorry that we failed to provide an update during March, as we wanted to share real progress with you rather than another delay apology. We were supposed to receive the box prototype in the last week of March, but there was a miscommunication with the manufacturer, and they sent us the wrong box. We received the correct box on Monday, April 3rd, and we quickly prepared the photos for this update.
Currently, the boxes are being produced, while the contents are ready. We expect it to take a few more days to complete, and once it's done, we'll begin the shipping process. We will keep you updated.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the delay on this item, and we want to thank you all for your patience with us.
