We completely reworked Pawel bot and added a few features:

Contact Us​

With the updated functionality, you now only need to initiate a support ticket using the pop-up modal. For follow-up messages, simply reply within the message thread. You can also include attachments in follow-up messages.

This update requires us to collect and store your Discord user ID, as well as the Discord message ID of each message in the thread. To use the Contact Us function, you will need to give us consent by accepting the new Terms of Service.

You can now link your Discord ID to your Pawprint Press Account. Please note that this is a new account system, separate from your account on the Pawprint Press Official Store. However, we are working towards unifying all our account systems.

Currently, you can register a product under your Pawprint Press Account, and we plan to add more features as we continue to develop the platform.
