What is Pawprint Powerplay?
Pawprint Powerplay is our official loyalty program where you earn Paw Power with every purchase. As you collect Paw Power, you unlock discounts, free shipping, and exclusive perks.
How do I earn Paw Power?
You earn Paw Power automatically with each order:
- Rookie & Apprentice tiers: Earn 5 Paw Power for every $1 spent
- Adventurer & Master tiers: Earn 10 Paw Power for every $1 spent
What can I redeem Paw Power for?
You can use your Paw Power to redeem the following coupons:
- $1 off for every 200 Power
- Free shipping (up to $15 value) for 2000 Power
Paw Power is used to redeem coupons through the loyalty widget. These coupons can then be applied at checkout as Paw Power itself cannot be applied directly to orders.
Are there other ways to get rewards?
Yes! You can invite a friend and both of you will receive a reward:
- You get a 10% off coupon (orders over $50)
- They get a 10% off coupon (orders over $50)
Referral rewards are coupon-based and do not grant additional Paw Power.
How do the membership levels work?
Your Pawprint Powerplay tier upgrades as you earn more Paw Power:
Rookie (Starting level)
- $5 off your first order (min. spend $50)
- Earn 5 Paw Power per $1 spent
Apprentice (500 Paw Power)
- 10% off an order over $50 (single use)
Adventurer (1500 Paw Power)
- 15% off an order over $100 (single use)
- Begin earning 2x Paw Power (10 per $1 spent)
Master (5000 Paw Power)
- 15% off an order over $100 (single use)
How do I join?

After logging in, you can access the loyalty program using the widget on the bottom left-hand side of the window.
