My favorite product is out of stock. Do you know when it will become available?

The best way to hear about restocks is to subscribe to our newsletter. Scroll to the bottom of our main store page and enter your email address in the subscription field.

Please note that we’re unable to answer questions about specific restock dates. Production schedules change frequently, and replying to such inquiries takes a significant amount of our customer-service team’s time. As a result, messages asking when an item will be restocked may not receive a reply.

What does “legacy product” mean?

We continually improve our products. A legacy product is one for which we’re developing an updated design. It will be available again—but in a significantly improved form. Visit our Legacy Product page to learn more.

Legacy products are marked with "[LEGACY]" in the product title.

What does “discontinued product” mean?

A discontinued product will not be restocked unless our plans change. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified if that happens.
