Beginning in 2023, all new orders of Amicus Kigu will come in a new size compared to those purchased before 2023. This adjustment is based on the valuable feedback we've received from our previous batches, as disclosed in a news release in July 2023.

One of the most common requests we've received from our customers was for a larger size option. As we've delved into the possibility of releasing a larger size, our designers discovered crucial adjustments that would significantly improve the fit for a broader range of body types. Here are some of the quotes from our customers:
Any chance of an XL size? I'm 6'2" and have the Large size, but it's not long enough on the sleeves and legs, and the crotch rides up too high on me. Other than the length issues, it fits well and isn't tight. That said, I love the material and design, it's very cute and cozy!
If only a third, bigger size existed... I'm 183cm and 128kg and the biggest Version did not fit. The zipper on the back ripped open and now it's sitting in my closet because I can't get myself to throw it away... (even if I repaired the zipper, it would still be too short)
I am still too large to wear one! In both height and weight! Although, I wonder how many people would like to see me wearing a snug fitting Amicus kigu~
We've listened to your suggestions and took them to heart, and the following measures were taken to increase comfort in the Kigu:
Increased Arm and Leg Length: We've extended the arms and legs of the Kigurumi to provide more room and flexibility, allowing for a comfortable fit for individuals of various heights and body proportions.
Dropped Crotch Seam: By increasing the space with the extension of the crotch seam, we've enhanced the overall comfort and freedom of movement. This adjustment ensures that the Amicus Kigurumi has a less restrictive fit, making your lounging experience even more enjoyable.
Our sizing guidelines are also being updated to accommodate the new improvements, and they should provide a better fit for a wider range of body types. Below is the new size chart:
