We regret to inform you that, starting from March 21st, we have been experiencing an unexpected issue with our PayPal account. For reasons unknown to us, PayPal has placed a hold on our funds, which significantly impacting our cash flow, as approximately 35% of our incoming payments are made through this platform.
Despite our best efforts to resolve the situation through all available appeal channels, we have not yet received any assistance. As per PayPal's communication, the earliest we may be able to access our funds is in a month's time.
Due to the severity of this issue and the disruptions it has already caused to our normal operations, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily disable PayPal as a payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding.
In the meantime, we encourage our customers to make use of alternative payment options, such as debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
We will continue to work diligently to resolve this issue and hope to reinstate PayPal as a payment option as soon as possible.
